What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (booking requests, the checklist download, info session signups, contact messages, or the chat), we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, and sometimes your phone number. If you chat with us, we keep the conversation so Sean can follow up properly.
We do not collect anything you do not give us. We do not sell your information. Ever.
Website analytics
For website analytics we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Once connected, it shows us which pages people visit so we can make the site better. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personal data.
Where your form details go
When you submit a form, your details are sent to our secure backend, which forwards them to Sean so he can reply and follow up. If you checked the updates box, you join the email list for occasional educational updates. If you did not check it, you will only ever hear about the specific thing you asked for.
Anonymous chat transcripts (optional)
The chat has an off-by-default toggle: "Help improve answers by sharing anonymous chat transcripts." If you turn it on, we share an anonymized copy of the conversation, with names, emails, and phone numbers removed, so we can teach the chat better answers. If you leave it off, which is the default, nothing from your chat is shared for training.
Why we collect it
- To send you what you asked for: the checklist, a session link, or a reply to your message.
- To confirm and manage your bookings.
- To send occasional updates, but only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your consent (CASL)
Under Canada's anti-spam law, we only send you updates if you asked for them. Consent checkboxes on this site are never pre-checked. You can withdraw consent anytime by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by emailing Sean directly.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email Sean at theinclusionstrategist@seanleduc.ca and it will be handled personally.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by financial regulations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
